Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, result-driven and detailed-oriented individual who can assist in our effort to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and increase sales in Caribbean area. Duties will include planning, implementing and monitoring our marketing campaigns, promote and coordinate training events and support our sales operations as needed. The ideal candidate is experienced in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to be an outstanding communicator, the candidate will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Assists in a variety of marketing/sales related tasks and administrative operations.

Oversee email marketing and lead nurturing efforts
Identifies and contacts prospective clients via email and cold calling
Plan, organize, and direct logistics for seminars, meetings and make travel arrangements
Handles incoming and outgoing communications including personal mail
Create and distribute email seminar invitations to prospective attendees
Provides support/back-up in aspects of office and other duties as assigned.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website management
Assist management with recruiting activities such as scrubbing databases, bulk mailing, advertising, Internet, coordinating training seminars
Manage registration lists; review sign in sheets to verify seminar attendance
Maintain events calendars
Prepare and update seminar materials, correspondence, and reports as needed

Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, handle interruptions and a decent volume of emails and phone calls
Follow verbal and written procedures
Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and other related platforms
Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills
Write and speak in a highly engaged, proactive, and customer-service focused manner
Prioritize workload in an organized manner to complete assignments in a timely manner
Seek solutions to problems in a positive manner, eagerness, and open-mindedness
Develop and execute an ongoing content promotion strategy with development to landing pages & conversation opportunities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and solid knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw, Canva for trai
